True Blood series finale in a few hours…

image

As much as I’ve been disappointed this season, I will be pretty devastated once the show is over. No more anticipation or sneaky pics from the set. All those snarky lines, smoldering looks and crazy wigs from Eric Northman will not be forgotten. This…

The end starts in 10min east coasters :-(      Im gonna cry so hard.

True Blood - 7.10 Thank you (Series finale)

Sneak peek

Wow, Sookie. You are not a mistake! She’s so beat down by everything, it’s hard to watch. :(((((

How many times do we have to watch Sookie’s self-flagellation. Even in the final episode of the final season it is “Am I worth it? Is it my fault? Is it okay Bill wants to die because of me?”. I am so sorry for Sookie. This has to stop. It is hard to watch indeed and they should just stop that crap and let her accept herself for once, her fate, her love for Eric, Bill’s continuous abuse, etc.

Yep,

What a negative message to send if—after this little dialogue—Sookie conveniently loses her powers later in the episode and gets a happily ever after with an (also human) Bill. There’s no need to accept your differences and embrace them. You were a mistake by God. But we magically fixed it so you can be happy. What is this, an ANTI-TOLERANCE message? Diversity is bad? Ugh. This show.

Personally, I never felt Sookie accepted her fairy side in the books either.

That was sad to watch.   This poor girl needs some happiness in her life.

Vogue September Issue 2014: The Return of the Supermodels

Supermodels Joan Smalls, Cara Delevingne, and Karlie Kloss stun on the cover of the highly anticipated Vogue September Issue cover. The cover is a pull out and also features Arizona Muse, Edie Campbell, Imaan Hammam, Fei Fei Sun, Vanessa Axente and Andreea Diaconu. Vogue dubs the issue “The Instagirls” in reference to the millions of followers the models have on the platform. The shoot was photographed by Mario Testino.
